She completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Psychology at Yeditepe University with high honors. At the same time, she completed a double major in the English Business Administration Department and graduated as the third-ranked student in the department. She completed her master's degree in the Clinical Psychology Program at Istanbul Rumeli University. She wrote her graduation thesis on the topic “The Moderating Effect of Irrational Beliefs in the Relationship Between Dating Violence and Relationship Satisfaction”.
During her university education, she worked as a volunteer intern psychologist in various institutions; she gained experience working with children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Down syndrome, mental retardation, and special education needs.
She worked as a psychologist in the Gün Psychology team in 2020 and 2021.
She completed the Child Assessment Tests Practitioner Training provided by the Psychology Academy. She also completed the Clinical Psychology Training Program provided by the French Lape Hospital, which covers topics including depression, anxiety, phobic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), psychological trauma, psychosis and psychotic symptoms, eating disorders, addiction, working with child and adolescent clients, and working with LGBTİ+ clients.
In 2020, she received the MOXO Attention Assessment Test practitioner training from the MOXO Turkey Center. In addition, she completed the 464-hour Family Counseling Program and earned the title of family counselor. She also successfully completed the WISC-IV (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – IV) practitioner training.
Between 2021 and 2022, she worked at Abademy Counseling Center. She received the APA-approved Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) practitioner certificates from the Rational Psychology Albert Ellis Institute. She completed supervision processes in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasir Şafak and Prof. Dr. Selçuk Aslan. She also completed Schema Therapy theoretical training and applied supervision processes. She is a full member of the Turkish Psychologists Association.
Her areas of work include depressive processes, interpersonal relationships, relationship and communication problems, anxiety and fear problems, grief and loss process, feelings of inadequacy and worthlessness, guilt, shame and loneliness, procrastination behavior, anger problems, childhood experiences, as well as stress and time management.
She also completed the International Relationship and Family Studies Clinical Level Program and its supervision processes, a joint program of World Human Relief Coordination and the City College of New York University.
